If you are injured due to the fault of someone else then you are entitled to just, fair, and full compensation. The law permits compensation to be allocated for special damages including medical bills, past and future loss of wages, and pain and suffering.

If you retain Peter Goldstein as your lawyer he will work with you personally and you will not be routed to a paralegal or secretary for answers to your important questions or concerns. Peter takes on only select cases so he can dedicate his time to each case personally. His is not a storefront practice with hundreds of cases and clients. Maintaining a selective practice of 30 to 40 cases allows him to work thoroughly, thoughtfully, and compassionately for all his clients. This is why his method is to only accept cases on a contingency fee basis.
