PETER GOLDSTEIN
Peter Goldstein has been licensed to practice law in California since 1986 and in Nevada since 1999. He is a member of both state bars and maintains offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas while specializing in Personal Injury and Police Misconduct cases.

Peter Goldstein litigates claims against governmental entities, including police misconduct and excessive force cases. Peter has been practicing personal injury for more than 32 years and has tried over 100 cases to verdict.
Peter Goldstein has obtained multiple six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. In 2016 he prevailed after 12 years of litigation against the State of California., which resulted in a settlement of over $10 million for his clients.
